En af de mange rapporter, der kom ud i den forbindelse, var den omfattende &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.insead.edu\/sites\/default\/files\/assets\/dept\/globalindices\/docs\/GTCI-2018-report.pdf\">Global Talent Competitives Index<\/a> \u2013 Diversity for Competitiveness&#8221; fra INSEAD, Tata Communications og Adecco-gruppen, hvori man konkluderer, at mangfoldighed er en foruds\u00e6tning for konkurrencedygtighed, og at mangfoldighed og inklusion derfor m\u00e5 og skal v\u00e6re en prioritet for topledelsen. Og ikke mindst et grundvilk\u00e5r p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet hvor; strukturer, produkter, kunder, v\u00e6rdik\u00e6der forandrer sig. Vi har endda l\u00f8ftet forandringsprocesser op p\u00e5 et endnu mere gennemgribende niveau; <em>transformationer<\/em>, kendetegnet ved at organisationer str\u00e6ber efter at \u00e6ndre alt og alle \u2013 og p\u00e5 \u00e9n gang. Det er vi <em>ved at<\/em> v\u00e6nne os til. Uanset om man befinder sig i den ene eller anden ende af forandrings-skalaen, s\u00e5 skal det g\u00e5 st\u00e6rkt. I jagten p\u00e5 <em>den hellige performance gral<\/em> unders\u00f8gte de over en periode p\u00e5 2 \u00e5r 180 teams i deres egen organisation i en forventning om, at de bedste teams m\u00e5tte v\u00e6re dem med de \u201dbedste\u201d medarbejdere. Men, som Julia Rozovsky, Googles People Analytics Manager, udtrykte det, \u201d<em>we were dead wrong!<\/em>\u201d De kiggede p\u00e5 mere end 250 forskellige team-attributter og foretog mere end 200 interviews, uden at der dannede sig et klart billede. F\u00f8rst da de skiftede perspektiv og begyndte at se p\u00e5 gruppenormer og uskrevne regler, dannede der sig et m\u00f8nster. Der var omvendt ikke nogen tydelig sammenh\u00e6ng mellem det enkelte individs kompetencer og teamets performance. Er der noget der forhindrer dig i at v\u00e6re fuldt tilstede?
