Baggrund og erfaring\n\n<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I 1994 startede Marianne sin karriere som direkt\u00f8r for den nordiske konsulentvirksomhed KaosManagement. Hun samarbejdede med over 200 virksomheder som strategisk r\u00e5dgiver og keynote-taler og som facilitator for transformerende tr\u00e6ningsprogrammer, hvor der co-creates innovative l\u00f8sninger.\n<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Fra 2004 til 2018 havde Marianne forskellige ledelsesroller i Nordea; som Head of Diversity & Inclusion (2014-2018), som Head of Leadership Development & Talent Management (2010-2014) og som Head of HR, Savings & Asset Management (2006-2010). Hun har haft succes med at opstarte, udvikle og implementere strategier, der har sat nye standarder inden for alle de omr\u00e5der hun har ledt.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I till\u00e6g til hendes bem\u00e6rkelsesv\u00e6rdige virksomhedserfaring bliver Marianne j\u00e6vnligt inviteret til at deltage i paneldebatter, konferencer, akademiske forel\u00e6sninger p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af Skandinavien. Igennem sin karriere har Marianne v\u00e6ret advisory board-medlem for utallige organisationer og projekter og hun sidder pt. i advisory boards for ISS, Mandag Morgen\u2019s Business Women, Leading Humans\u2019 Brain Trust og i Copenhagen Business Schools styrekomit\u00e9 for \u201dDiversity & Difference-platformen\u201d. Hun er ogs\u00e5 medlem af the EMEA network of Diversity and Inclusion Leaders.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Marianne deltager aktivt i den offentlige debat, is\u00e6r som skribent. Hun er forfatter til \u201cDet Nordiske Mysterium\u201d, en blog, som hun har k\u00f8rt i tre \u00e5r i samarbejde med Berlingske, hvor hun tackler emner som ledelse, ligestilling og inklusion. Nu blogger hun p\u00e5 POV International.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
